The short version
Most outsourcing fails the same way
The supplier gets paid for hours, not results, so nobody in the arrangement has a reason to make the job smaller. Headcount grows, nothing gets written down, and two years later the client cannot leave because the knowledge left with the people.
We built Depra to work the other way round: everything written down before it is staffed, every document handed over on request, and a standing commitment every quarter to tell you what should be automated away. It is a harder business to run and a much easier one to stay in.

We say the awkward thing first
If the job should be fixed in your product rather than staffed by us, we say so on the first call — before there is a contract to protect.

If it is not written down, it does not exist
Step-by-step instructions, escalation rules, quality checklists, technical notes. An undocumented process is one person's memory with a job title attached.

We measure from where you are now
Claiming an improvement without a starting point is meaningless. We record yours in week one, before we change anything.

Depra Studios builds the engineering side
Product, AI and brand work delivered end to end, including Anthiva AI and Qubool Nikah. The engineering discipline behind our knowledge-process work was built here.

Client platforms move into maintenance
Ongoing engineering and product support for client portfolios, including YRW Technologies — the first work structured as a standing team with written processes and a reporting schedule, rather than as a project.
