Tell us what is not working

The most useful first conversation is about a job that is already annoying you. Half an hour, a written map of it, and an honest answer about whether we can help.

Exactly what happens next

01

You send this form

A founder reads it. Not a routing queue — there are three of us and we all read enquiries.

02

We reply within one business day

Either with times for a call, or with an honest note explaining why we are not the right fit and who might be.

03

A 30-minute call

We walk through one job: volumes, channels, tools, the exceptions and where the time actually goes.

04

You get it in writing

A map of the process and what it costs to run today, sent within two working days. Yours to keep whether or not you carry on.

Questions

Before you write to us

  • Rough monthly volumes, the tools the job runs in, and the thing that annoys you most about it today. That is enough — you do not need a requirements document, because writing one is part of what the call is for.

  • No. The first call is with a founder, and the person who runs your account afterwards is on the second call. There is no separate sales team to hand you off to.

  • No. Say so in the message and we will keep it short and useful — a benchmark, an honest read on whether it is too early to outsource this, and no follow-up emails.
